Drink plenty of water to make sure your brain gets lots of oxygen, which keeps your organs clean. Add some lemon for flavor.

Eat small portions more often. This stresses your body out less since it has a steady fuel supply.

Eat more fish and chicken while decreasing the amount of beef you eat. Fill up on more vegetables, especially raw ones, as well as whole grains, seeds, beans, and nuts. Get out and exercise. This is a great way to increase your energy level. Take a 30-minute walk outdoors and you'll get plenty of vitamin D too.
